Leadership and performance reviews with a difference.

You can’t intervene in a world you cannot see. Mostly we run on auto-pilot, blind to our habits and behaviours. These patterns will drive the work we do, how we do it, the teams we build, and the culture we develop.

After spending many hours with clients, picking through their performance reviews (full of vague ratings from dry questionnaires), to extract the themes and underlying patterns in the information so that they could actually USE it to progress and develop professionally, I decided something different was needed.

This is why we offer our CL clients 360° Leadership and Performance Reviews, which are highly personalised, interactive, and a catalyst for driving powerful professional development. 

Our 360° Leadership Reviews are a highly individual, detailed, and feedback-rich process.

This is high-touch, human-to-human, and led by expert coaches. It is designed, yes, to identify the deeper patterns at play in how you work, engage, inspire and lead, but also to then support you through a co-active plan and 1:1 coaching, to initiate and integrate powerful change.

the habits and patterns that work for you and your team, those that don’t, and identify what else is needed. With the integrated support from your coach, you’ll identify actionable and appropriate steps designed to really catalyse change, not just highlight the need for it.

    • Personalisation of our review questions to tailor the exploration toward facilitating growth in your desired areas and those that have been identified for you. 

    • A series of in-depth, person-person interviews with reviewers who have insight into your work and leadership from various directions; all undertaken by your highly perceptive CL coach. These are compiled anonymously into a qualitative report.

    • A detailed review report that’s designed to identify your patterns, inform you of those clearly and succinctly, and fuel an actionable plan to create sustainable, powerful change in your performance and leadership. 

    • Coaching support to review the feedback, facilitate its digestion and integration, and co-create a personalised, actionable development plan moving ahead. 

Feedback can be invaluable to our progress yet the discomfort it generates can lead to disengagement from it’s value; so often it’s the gift we’d rather send back. Yet our leadership depends on our seeing truth with clarity. The ability to cut through our delusion with fierce honesty - is one of the qualities that separates leaders from managers. Clarity of our strengths and weaknesses as well as understanding how we are perceived is the basis for any leadership development plan.

The goal of 360 Degree Reviews is to help leaders clearly see themselves through the eyes of others, highlighting and reflecting back the blind spots in their leadership. We’re looking for as full a picture as possible on how you’re performing on the job, your zones of genius, and what needs to improve. This can be a powerful tool in personal and professional development when welcomed as one.
