Episode 17: Moving Through Overwhelm: My 4-Step Process

Even if they’re all the things you love: your family, your work, your friends. The time each relationship or responsibility requires can really pile up, can’t it?


So what can you do to get yourself back on track and feeling more ease? 


What steps can you take today to get back to honoring your limits and your desires? 


In this episode, I’m sharing my 4-step process to how I respond to the overwhelm and the guilt that settles in because of the unrealistic pressure I start to put on myself. If you’re currently in a mode of overload, take a break and listen in so we can get you back to living a life you love, that nourishes you and lights you up!
